Circle Support match care workers and support workers with short term, long term and permanent vacancies in South Wales. They specialise in mental health, learning disabilities and children’s services.
Circle Support wanted to create an impact!
Launching into a competitive market place they aspired to be the go-to destination for temporary Care and Support staff in all of South Wales; to be renowned for placing the correct candidates with correct skillsets into the right roles and also offering an excellent experience for their candidates. Circle Support wanted to be seen as passionate, enthusiastic, warm, devoted and most importantly a team with a distinctive human touch.
And circumstances required that they launch their new brand in little more than 8 weeks. In the timeframe we had to develop a brand strategy, design a create a brand vision and write and build a website!
LimeGreen created an excellent strategy for the launch Circle Support; generating the brand concept, a whole suite of offline marketing materials, a website and also creating a successful social media base. The whole process was dealt with competently and the results have been very effective.
Our branding is excellent and we always have confidence that our potentially sensitive social media accounts are being managed professionally, something which is key in this line of work.
A blank sheet and a tight turnaround, call us mad, but this is the sort of brief we love!
From our strategy brainstorms we established the brand architecture which would drive the design and content for Circle Support. A palette of bold, warm colours was chosen to promote Circle Support’s passion and warmth whilst also to differentiate themselves from the ‘hospital blue’ favoured by so many in the healthcare sector.
That ‘warmth’ also followed through into the copy, where an enthusiastic tone was balanced with a clear professional approach.
People are key to this business so a photoshoot of staff ensured we had some great images to work with for the website, advertising, POS and social media.
With all elements in place we moved swiftly to developing a bespoke designed, responsive, highly customised WordPress website. Bespoke functionality included a job board, enhanced online forms, candidate log in area, CRM, and more.
A key issue the client was keen to address was to automate as much of the recruitment process as possible in order to facilitate and speed up acquisition and retention of workers. Whilst they used a specific recruitment backend programme called Flo, it was limited in its interaction with workers. To overcome this, we used Active Campaign integrating forms into the website. These included online job applications, the collation of references and worker availability. This has resulted in a quicker procurement of references and improved communications with their workforce.
As most of their workers communicate via social media we also needed to build up a strong presence on social media. SMS and messaging apps means they can quickly post an urgent job. Whilst paid promotion on Facebook and Twitter allows them to actively promote specific jobs available. At the same time curated content and blog articles raise their professional profile amongst the healthcare community.
