The Client

TMI Systems provide Cloud-based work collaboration services to the Public and Private Sector. Their software Verto has been designed to cut costs and improve efficiency across all aspects of project and programme management.

The Brief

TMI Systems had already launched Verto Go and wanted us to raise its profile online and help establish the brand as a market leader in project management software, before launching their second product, Verto Pro. They wanted us to build upon the software’s current success by demonstrating the products benefits to a wider audience through targeted social media.

In addition, they wanted to utilise the blog feature on the website to inform potential users of the latest features, product news and software updates.

In a very short time, LimeGreen have developed and delivered an excellent social media strategy for Verto. The quality of their work and results to date have all been excellent.

The Solution

By evaluating the brands current online presence and social media activity, we identified key focus areas and agreed a social media strategy.

The existing Twitter account was rebranded and reorganised and new Facebook and Google+ pages were created. LinkedIn would prove a valuable platform to promote Verto given the professional nature of the product, and so a company page was set up. A unified brand identity across all social media channels was established to coincide with the launch of the new Verto website.

To increase followers, we use paid promotions on Facebook as well as sharing Verto content in relevant groups and discussions on LinkedIn.

As well as generating useful and engaging content for our client across social media, we produced bi-weekly copy for the blog on the Verto website with a good sales message, both to improve SEO and provide social content. We created a suitable tone of voice in our content striking the right balance to communicate to the audience both a professional and user-friendly product.

On going

We continue to work with TMI Systems, ensuring the Verto brand identity is consistently maintained and suitably represented across online social media platforms. TMI Systems use one of our social media packages to enable them to concentrate their efforts on the day-to-day running of their business as it continues to grow.
